I have been searching for a used car for my son for a few weeks. I didn't have much to spend but I wanted to buy a car that was safe and reliable for my son to travel back and forth from school in. Vanbro was the 7th dealership i visited and they had the best customer service by FAR. Most of the other dealerships didn't give me much attention because I was shopping for a car around $3,000. And the other cars i did see were in really awful condition. When i got to Vanbro the cars were very clean and looked very well maintained. The salesman Matt had no problem letting my mechanic come and check the car out before i bought it. He was so accommodating and friendly. The car has been running great and I am thrilled that I found a dealership that is honest, affordable, friendly and most of all sells quality cars. I have read some of the other reviews and after my experience and I can not believe that all of these claims are true. I'm sure there are two sides to the story. I wouldn't pay much attention to some people's negativity. Go see Matt at Vanbro Motors, you'll be doing yourself a favor.

Vanbro is an excellent dealership. There pricing is great with top notch customer service. They have always accommodated me even offering me water when I arrive which is a great touch. Please take all the negative reviews with a HUGE grain of salt. Some people you just can't please. I have multiple friends that will agree Vanbro is the best place to purchase a car. They make me feel welcomed and will urge anyone who is thinking of buying a car to check them out.

I had purchased a truck from the scam artists a little over a year ago. Before my month was up my transmission was slipping they wouldn't look at my car and told me it was because my alternator died. I kept telling them it was transmission and they took advantage thinking because I am a woman I did not know what I was talking about. Well my transmission went on the truck and they refused to replace it after pushing me off until 1 day past the 30 day lemon law warranty. Then they made me pay half of the expenses to replace my transmission. Well 8 months later, my transmission is dead again. What makes it worse is they were friends of the family and they did this to me. I could only imagine what they do to people they don't know. Absolutely appalling what they do. NEVER SHOP WITH THEM. PROFESSIONAL? PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!

bought a truck from them....One shock out, treads on all tires low, horn didn't work, chassis bent, plus much more. should have never passed inspection. when i called and threatened to take them to court they hung up on me. after calling back i was offered dirt for them to take the truck back.Because i just wanted these lowlifes out of my life i negotiated a little then accepted. after gong to pick up the money i had to fight with them for over an hour just to get less then we agreed upon. these "men" are liars with no morals. they put me in an unsafe vehicle. when i picked it up i had my 2 year old son with me. they didn't bat an eye handing me the keys. NEVER go to this place. save yourself the headache. I lost almost $2000 dealing with them.

Recently bought a 06' Nissan Altima with 71,000 miles. Within 900 miles of the purchase my service engine light came on. After bringing it to my mechanic for over a month as he tried to figure out the problem, and hundreds of dollars spent, it was determined that I needed a rebuilt engine because of excessive oil consumption. When I brought it back to them they insisted the car was fine and after 3 visits to their dealership trying to get the problem resolved they basically told me to go f*** myself. These guys are bulls*** artist at their finest, and as someone who's previously bought used cars from other dealerships, take it from me, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Worst car experience ever and a total of $6,000 down the drain.

Please stay away from this car dealership. I am first time used car buyer. I recently bought a used car for me father, these people didn't give us the title and not until we release and ask them. They gave us the temp. registration for 45 days. And we have called multiple times for the original one. However, they treated my worry and concern same as their service, same shix.t.

This is the best place to get a rip off. The two brothers think that they can treat people like they are dirt. These people will rip you off without a doubt. I went there to look at a car and they thought by looking at the clothes I was wearing that I couldn't afford it. They treated me like I was worth nothing. The car you buy from them will have lots of problems. A friend bought a car from them and had nothing but problems. People always tell me to STAY AWAY!! So from one buyer to another STAY AWAY!!! They look for the easy people to rip off

Seven years ago I bought a Ford Explorer from them. It was already seven years old. It was fully loaded. I paid 7,000 for it. The car never gave me any major problems. I just changed the oil and did the regular upkeep, tires, tuneup. The truck took us from Florida to New England several times. I really got my money's worth. I hope to be able to go back and get another great deal!

I just bought a car from there and it was broken down in 1 month and a half. He doesnt know yet but i m taking him to the Attlorney general's office. He doesnt follow the real prices that people find in kelly's blue book, Thats a rip-off right there. The only customers he has are black and spanish that doesn't know how to defend themselves with this guys. But believe me if i WON my case with the attorney general's office he will never again laugh about black and hispanic. Because white people will never buy his cars. If women go there by themselves be veryyyyyyy careful he will take advantage of that. For now i will not do anyhing to him. But is so easy to bring down his business believe me he will have the surprise of his life. Because the only customers he got are around stapleton, parkhill, clifton are and so on.
