Bad :::WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER WHO HAD 5 CARS TO WASH ,the experiences WAS TOO BAD WITH THEM , THE GIRL AT THE CASHIER WAS LAZY AND COULDNT HELP ME,told me u can go and speak to him , i kept going back and forth,no result , i said why are you guys playing games with me. WHEN I told THAT THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF CLEANING AND DRYING CARS WAS NOT CLEANING MY DOOR WHICH HAD WHITE STAINS , HE SAID THAT YOU SHOULD PAY 40 DOLLARS TO FOR HIM TO CLEAN THAT SPOT ON THE DOOR I SAID I PAID 17. 99 , it was just rub of 3 seconds with the towel.HE WAS RUDE LIKE HELL AND LADY wasnt helping THE COUNTER WASNT HELPING AT ALL. I WILL NEVER COME to this place, you just lost my customers to this place and my cars too . i will suggest people to go to some better place to get thier cars. cleaned.

I've been coming here for almost 3 years now and the experience of my past 2 visits was beyond terrible I'll never recommend this place to anyone ever again I'll never come back and make sure to tell everyone I know how disrespectful these Mexicans are

I went to VIP for an oil change and they told me I was due for a transmission fluid change as well - my car had 46000 miles. So I said OK. A couple of months later I went for a routine oil change and they checked the transmission fluid and told me the same thing, I need a transmission fluid change. I told them I just had one done by them and they said they did not have a record and my transmission fluid was never changed at all. I had VIP's receipt and an Amex record, and they still said I did not have this work done. My credit card is disputing the charge.

Do not get any expensive work done here cuz they will scam you. You think that machine flushes out old fluid - think again.
