Hampton Inn & Suites Detroit/Sterling Heights

I'll start positive, my room was very clean. I stayed at this hotel for an extended amount of time, a couple times. Because of the nature of my visit, I would come in at approx 3:00am, then leave for the night at approx 4pm. I would arrive at 3:00am, I would have to wait outside banging on the door for multiple minutes before being let in. I would always be sure to call ahead and let them know I'd be arriving at that time, as well. The last time I stayed there was the worst, the reason for it being my last stay. I kept being woke up by slamming doors, after asking to be put away from other guests because of my schedule, all weekdays, & they had agreed because they were not very busy. My last day as I was checking out, I noticed my car had been damaged in their parking lot. I didn't expect them to pay for the repair, but I didn't get a "I'm so sorry", or "is there anything I can do", or even "let me call the police so you can make a report for your insurance".

My husband and I were very happy with the quality & cleaniless of the room. The staff were very pleasant and courteous. We will definitely go back for another romantic weekend.
