Seriously A Rip-Off! Sad Excuse For An Italian Restaurant!

Me and my husband heard some others saying how nice the restaurant is and so our first visit we finally got some time away from the house to just go out and enjoy ourselves.

We ordered a peperoni and salami calzone that cost nearly 10.00 and was EXTREMELY pathetic.... The dough was paper thin as if there was a nation-wide dough shortage and they had to cut back on such a rare and now expensive ingredient! There was LITERALLY 1 layer of peperoni consisting no more than 3 VERY THIN slices and the same went for the salami! The marinade tasted like it was low-budget store-bought out-of-a-can sauce!

Italian Restaurant??? No, just another restaurant that's hyped up and draws you in by using fancy and/or nostalgic Italian advertising but in actuality what you get is just another low quality restaurant that focusses mainly on their pocket book by serving cheap stuff that's advertised like it's a 4 star restaurant!

Discovered Scaffidi's Pasta a couple of weeks ago. The owners were so friendly and made my sisters and I right at home (and the restaurant is located in an old house). The food to my delight was wonderful. The fettucini alfredo was just like they make it in Epcot's Alfredo's restaurant in Disney World. The other dishes I had were equally as good. And not to forget the dessert, chocolate ravioli, was.....well, you'll just have to go there and try it.



It was a little chilly inside especially if you sit by the picture window, so if you go there on a cold day don't sit by the window!
