Leipold Tire Company Inc

I had a real BAD experience with Leiopold Tire in Stow. Ohio. Not a reputable or honest dealership, buyers beware... Recently I had 4 new Cooper Tires installed on my CRV. The sales clerk came by and told me that they broke off 2 of the 3 mounting bolts that hold the spare tire to the door rear mount. They did not repair it, Just threw it in the back seat. But they did recommended a local shop to take it for repairs. 1 week and$90 later, when I took the receipt in to Leopold THEY REFUSED to reimburse me for breaking my spare tire mounting bracket!

My breaks went out on my way to work and Leipold was the closest mechanic to me. My fiancé had gone there before so I pulled in, dropped my key in the key drop with and exclamation of what was wrong and my phone number. With in ten minutes of them opening they had called me with a quote. They didn't try to get me to pay for more work than I need. They were straight forward and my car was ready for me to pick up with in the hour. They are definitely the best and their customer service is not too shabby either! I highly recommend them!

I live and work in Missouri with a man that has family in Ohio. He mentioned today that he is traveling home to spend time with family for Thanksgiving and while there plans on getting a set of tires for his vehicle. When I asked why not BEFORE his trip he mentioned he always gets his tires at Leipold Tire Company of Stow not just because they give him a good price, but more important he appreciates their great customer service. Now if that's not testimony to a great company, I don't know what is! I think that says a lot! Good job, Leipold!
