        Tim came on a Sunday Morning when he was about to drive out of state with his family. I was in a bind with a completely blocked sewer line - no toilet could be flushed - no water at all could be run in any drain. I asked in advance whether there would be an extra charge for Sunday. He said yes and told me specifically what it was and I agreed because I thought it reasonable. He showed up in 20 minutes, set up, opened the drain soon, had me run lots of water from the toilet and all worked fine. I paid the quoted price, got a professional receipt and he went on his way leaving a very grateful customer. I recommend him highly. Beside that he was very personable and obviously very professional doing a job that could be unpleasant.
