Mark Adams runs a great group of wonderful sales employees. Our experience was so good with our salesman, Anthony Borges, we decided to purchase 2 brand new vehicles in 15 minutes.

Our Tahoe 4X4 and Camaro Convertible are that much better because of Mark and his team.

Matteo and Charlie in the finance department are also tops at their jobs.

Danny Kukan, Service Manager, is the reason why I keep shopping at Wallace Chevrolet. His team consisting of Don Hamilton, Jeff, Leo and the rest of the mechanics are tops in their profession.

Kudos to Wallace Chevrolet.

The experience of buying our black 2015 Chevy Volt at Wallace Chevrolet was very very good. The staff was friendly and answered any questions we had. Our salesman, Ricardo, was very helpful in making our buying experience a good one. He showed us both of the Volts Wallace had, and helped us to get the best deal possible. We purchased the Volt through USAA,a process which Ricardo was familiar with, making the purchase quick and easy. We definitely recommend Wallace Chevrolet to anyone looking for a New or Used Chevy.

Stay away. Bad service, never shook my hand until they found out it wasn't my husbands car it was mine bad attitude towards women when making deals, and had no idea with sales.

This dealership was a disappointment. They didn't know when the car online was coming to the dealership for a 2 weeks. We had to keep in touch with them. Never once did I have the salesman call me unless I called to ask if the car was at the dealership yet since I kept being told it would be there in the afternoon or the next morning."Salesmen" I thought the definition of that was stated in the word. The Wallace dealership also owns Volkswagen. They wanted to much for a car that was a rental car plus online priced at 35,500 and then at the dealership was 36,500 the salesman and manger insulted our family with the quote for are 2013 fully loaded Volkswagen that still has a warranty and was special ordered. They said there was 12 in the area and I would like to see that list because when we were looking for the Jetta TDI Volkswagen that we own we wouldn't of had to special order it. By the way we looked for the 12 VW TDI in the 100 mile radius afterwards and we saw a few base models and one that only had leather but nothing that came close to premium TDI manual that you offered a low ball $13000 even though Wallace owns VW and would of drove it over there to become certified preowned and up the price to your "12" base model TDI of 21,000? It's was a joke. We would of traded the VW and made a deal at $17,000 out of pocket cash but I guess ego is much better at the dealership. That would of only been $3,000 off your asking price. Nice or should it have been $2,000 depending on the website or dealership sticker.

I have taken my 2014 Stingray to Wallace for service since the day I bought it. The Service and Sales personal have always gone out of their way to please me. Though I bought my car at another dealer I am treated as if I had bought it there. On each occasion thatI have went to the dealership for service or accessories, I have had either a sales or service person approach me and ask me if they can help me, or just to find out if I have any questions or concerns about my vehicle. Don Hamilton in service and the sales manager Mark Adams are tops in my book. Thank you Wallace Chevrolet for taking care of your customers.

Doug West in the Sevice Department is always great in recommending the right service for my Malibu. Was able to go in for a small repair without any further issues. Glad to back to Wallace for any car repair or maintenance.

Service Department offered extra TLC for a recall victim...The guys were great knowing that I was very upset to have my vehicle in for the second replacement of the faulty ignition switch (first for a Chevy)...they took extra care knowing that I am terrified to drive this vehicle, and cannot afford to trade it in for another.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Suburban Chevrolet Liquidation Center, the used car location for Suburban Chevrolet of Stuart, FL. On Monday, October 10, 2011 my husband and I stopped in to look at a 1990 Miata we had seen earlier. Larry gave us the keys and we took a test drive. We loved the the vehicle and were ready to buy, but needed to find financing for about half the asking price. Larry pointed us toward Sunbelt Loans. We went to Sunbelt, were approved and went back to Suburban Chevrolet to close the sale that day. Larry said that there was an issue with the title, but that he would have it resolved in a couple of days. We wanted to make sure that the car was "ours" so we offered a deposit to hold it. We were told that a deposit was not necessary and we could consider the deal done. Mike put a sold sign on the mirror and told us to park the car in back, which we did. Tuesday morning we called to check on the status and were told that Larry was working on it and they would call us, but we did not receive a call.



Thursday morning my husband went to the main dealership to see if he could talk to someone else and find out what the hold up was, as we had financing secured and thought we were just waiting on them to do the paperwork. Ben at the main dealership told him to go up to the liquidation center and give Mike $100 to hold the car. He did that, but Mike refused the $100. The car was no longer on the lot and no one would give him a straight answer about what was going on. He waited while Mike supposedly made some calls. When Mike realized he wasn't going to just leave, he came out and apologized and told my husband that the car we thought was "ours" was out on a test drive with another customer.



I understand that miscommunications can happen, however there is no excuse for giving customers the run around and not following through on promises. I don't know if the Miata was sold to the other customer who was taking a test drive, but the dishonest treatment we received was enough to convince us we were no longer interested in doing business with Suburban Chevrolet.
