Cutest little "waitress" ever!! Tiny grand daughter of the owner took our drink order. Precious! Although we were the only customers in the restaurant it took nearly 30 minutes to get our food. Dumpling appetizer was good. Pineapple chicken was delicious. This is not really a sushi place but they have a few sushi choices, not great.

The place is very clean. It's a family business - only family, no other employees. The food is delicious. A slightly different twist on some foods, because they are made with fresh ingredients. The customer service is excellent. A favorite spot for me.

I love it...dine in or take out. The atmosphere is quiet, which I love, and the hospitality is great. The food is always hot ,fresh, delicious and affordable. I'm not sure why they received bad reviews, but they are completely WRONG! If you don't want to sit and have to wait a lengthy amount of time for a great meal, this is the place to be. You will not be disappointed. I have never received bad service and because of that, it is one of my favorite restaurants. Great job Tokyo Grill!

Not very good food and customer service. The waitress has a huge language barrier and gets very rude if you can't understand her. I will never spend my money here ever again. The Iron Chef down the road is the best!

I did not like the flavor of the noodles I ordered, they had a chemical taste, I told the waitress that I did not like them. She then said that her noodles were fine and that was my problem. I had one bite and then asked another person at my table to try them to see if it was just me. They agreed that there was an odd taste. The waitress didn't even try to replace the noodles with something else or even ask if there was something she could do. All she did was take the plate and put the noodles in the trash. Then brought me the bill. I asked her why she didn't try to replace them with something else or take it off the bill, because I didn't want to pay for something that I did not get to eat. She said it was my problem that I did not like them and she would call the police if I did not pay.... What an experience! I will not go back to this restaurant and wanted to let others know that they do not care about repeat customers.

Me and my co-worker go to Tokyo Grill for lunch all the time. The service is great and the food is delicious and affordable and it tastes so fresh and comes HOT! This has to be one of my favorite places to eat!

Went to Tokyo Grill for dinner. The food was hot, made fresh and very good. The prices are very resonable and the restaurant is beautiful and very clean. The service was great!! We ate inside and wished we had ordered more food to take home. Very satisfied, great restaurant.

Arrived at Tokyo Grill for lunch. Waatress who seated us spoke very little English. It didn't matter until I realized she was going to take our order. It was very difficult to place the order. Another waiter saw how much difficulty we were having and he took our order. If you have more that one to your party, forget trying to take a paper menu back with you. Only one person is allowed to take a menu. My mother didn't want the rice that came with the entree. The other choices were Zucchini and Onions or Cabbage. She choose not to have the rice and get the vegetables instead. Because she choose the 2 vegetables she was charges an additional $1.95. The "Crab Roll" was really a "Krab Roll" The Manager said it was listed incorrectly by the printers of the menu. The meals were brought to the table and my mother had the rice instead of her 2 vegetables that she paid for. Needless to say we ate our meals and left. Never to return again.
