        I got 3 quotes from different companies. The quote and customer service from Tracy was definitely far above the others. Kellie answered all our questions, gave us exact model numbers of the equipment they would install and had many discount options to offer. We did some further research and felt the quote from Tracy was the best and most honest. We decided to replace both of our systems, because of their age and the work was scheduled.

        The team came out exactly as scheduled and both systems were removed and replaced in less than 8 hours. They were very professional, very clean and very courteous. The new units are working well and we are now set for a long time.

        Thanks Kellie and Tracy, you are a great local small business that is really looking out for your customers. I recommend A/C and Heating by Tracy to anyone that has a/c or heating problems!
