I bought my grandson a bday gift online and it was to be delivered to my daughters PO Box at this post office I ordered it Aug 1, 2021 it was to be delivered Aug 2nd, 2021 well it wasn’t it was delayed for a week with no answer why so finally on Aug 9th I get a message thru email saying it was delivered at the front door of the post office so my daughter goes to pick it up and it has magically disappeared nobody in this post office knows anything about the package or where it went well when I finally sent an email to the what I thought was the post master general I receive a call from the lady who was in charge at this post office when for 2 days prior I called every 30 mins each day and never got an answer but when I send an email whoila I get a phone call anyway I explain what my issue is and she asks for tracking number I give it and she promises to look into it and call me back which she does only telling me what I’m already aware of and that’s that there is no pkg at her post office and it’s now my problem I’ll have to take up with ontrac the delivery company that was in charge of my pkg delivery, I’m sorry but that’s unacceptable and very unprofessional furthermore when I asked this Martha the phone number for the post master general she had the audacity to tell me he had no number available OMG people the United States Postal Service must be getting desperate for employees because she obviously wasn’t given any training on customer service or how to be professional especially since her performance and personality reflects on the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE this is part of why our government and government offices are going to hell in a hand basket folks!!!!

I sent a package that was supposed to be signed for. The person who delivered it just stuck in the mailbox and got no signature. She falsified this document with a "CC" signed for it. There's no one at that address who's name starts with a "C". My sister watched as she shoved it into the mailbox. I sent a card for my sisters birthday and my sister got it 12 days later! That's ridiculous! This person needs to be fired! She lies and falsifies document. Who knows what else she is doing. I guess I will have to write to The President and see if he can put someone else to deliver mail out there.
