They do a really good job here. I was more impressed by the customer service. There wasn't any issues with them taking too long, and if anything changed or went differently than planned, they called me to let me know first.

I have been a regular customer of anchor auto for the last three years. Their attention to detail is impeccable. I have never once had reason to not like their work. Their work is technically sound but what sets them apart is the great customer service. I had at various times a 2006 BMW and a 2009 Audi fixed here. A first-class experience every-time. What i love best is that when you get your car back you get a cute little lifesaver attached to the thank you note. That's attention to detail!

Very professional. and also understand the value of customer service - which is much appreciated. This place probably isn't the cheapest around (they run a pretty nice shop with waiting room and two women working up front - lots of overhead), but most likely the best experience and a good value for the money. Chris is the guy you want to talk to - knowledgeable and friendly.

The front desk staff get an A++ from me! After a small fender bender in my Honda Civic, I visited two other shops on my insurance company's approved list. Had vastly different, somewhat dis satisfactory experiences at both. I decided to try one more shop that was one of several recommended by Kaloci & Son, a maintenance shop specializing in Hondas. I picked Anchor because it got high marks and is Diamond-Certified, i.e. met a certain standard of recommendations by independent customer survey. From the first phone call through to the final delivery of my repaired car, everyone at Anchor were friendly, thorough, communicative, handled all the paperwork with my insurance company, proactive and took pride in their work. Not only did I have the most confidence in their estimate because of their thoroughness of initial estimate but they used phone, email and in-process photos on the website to keep me informed and included on the entire process.

A couple of weeks back I was asleep in my bed when someone clipped my car denting up the drivers side door, taking off my window, and damaging my drivers side wheel well and left part of my fender. After talking to my insurance I randomly picked Anchor Auto Body from a list they presented me. I can say with certainty that I couldn't have made a better accidental choice. Tom checked out the car, was clear with me on what needed to be done. I dropped it off, and had it back fairly quickly. The speed of the return was one thing, but the work is flawless. I mean they made the damage look as good as new. I can't thank them enough.

I brought in my Toyota Highlander to get a new paint job since the old one was coming off and was looking ugly. When I picked it up it looked amazing! So happy I brought my car here they did an amazing job. Thanks!

I came here to Anchor Auto Body to get a paint job on my Nissan Altima . I got this nice black that shimmers in the sun and it looks so awesome I love the job they did. They are so cool that they cleaned the inside of my car as well and at no extra charge. They gave me a pretty good deal and I highly recommend them to friends and family.

I was there less than an hour for an oil change and to have my steering checked out. They were truly professional in their operation and speedy in their work and had me out of there in less than an hour.
