        After all the bad reviews I read I was reluctant to bring in my Samsung TV. But, no other authorized places available. Brought TV in in morning, tech. called in afternoon, and I picked TV up in early evening. Nice tech. told me problem. Very courteous. Recommend this shop!

        DONT PROMISE SOMETHING THAT YOU CANT HANDLE. LEARN HOW TO LISTEN AND TALK TO CUSTOMERS. YOU GUYS SHOULD NOT REPRESENT OTHER COMPANIES IF YOUR SKILLS ARE NOT UP TO STANDARDS. OH AND BY THE WAY IF YOU WANT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL MIKE AT ATV NOT THE MIKE AT THIS COMPANY. ROSE
