Car Wash Cafe

I met the owners about a year ago, I ve done some work with and for them, they are passionate owners. the staff has always been nice and respectful, the service only gets better.

Absolutely terrible customer service, especially coming from the owner who works behind the register. I waited approximately 56 minutes and my car hadn't been vacuumed or hand dried yet. I went up to one of the workers and asked him to move the cars surrounding mine so I can leave because it's been too long, I only paid for a basic service wash with tires for $20. He was very polite and did it right away.

I parked my car on the side and went in to request a refund because I waited so long. The owner responded with he can't do anything about the refund, that I should sit and wait like everyone else. He proceeded to tell me how he waited at a register in Wal-Mart for a gallon of milk and an hour and 20 minutes at home depot yesterday before someone came to help him. I retorted, asking him "and did you think that was good customer service?" He said, "it's great customer service."

Then he told me "I didn't tell you to come here. Did I give you a coupon to come here? No. You don't have to come here." I told him it's my first time and I wanted to try this place out, and he said I should have tried it another time.

Absolutely poor customer service with over an hour wait. Highly advise people not to spend their money here, you will regret it and the owner won't appreciate it.

i love this place! they have everything you need while you wait to have your car washed. the service is quick and the gorgeous girl in the front makes the best ice coffee! I'm so happy i came here. The prices are affordable too for each service!!! i'm definitely coming back.

It's a great place!! You can have coffee or a snack while watching tv. You feel right at home while waiting for your car. I love it!! Great customers service by Mike, the owner!!!

Waited 15 minutes before they even bothered to touch my car.When I complained the owner was loud and rude.Offered me a big 1 dollar discount for waiting so long.Which I refused Its a good idea to pass this car wash up and go anywhere else

They still use harsh chemicals to shampoo your carpets and the odor lingers in your car. Just dreadful place to do car wash and no 48 hours rain guarantees.

Perfect every time!!! i love this place not only for my car but the cafe too. exceptional service hand down.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!! THEY LEFT MY SUNROOF OPEN AND WATER DAMAGED MY VEHICLE!!!

Really happy with the service of car wash cafe. They have justified all those great reviews that I saw before taking my car there for a wash. The management staff is warm and very efficient, breakfast was awesome and the lobby is a good place to wait until the car is washed. Overall it is a 5 star company.

For the very first time, today took their service. They are prompt, my car got the best care & I got the best value of my hard earned money. Car wash cafe; really knows, how to deliver the best possible service within a reasonable amount!

I am bit sensitive about my car. I need to keep it clean. Car wash cafe is the best place from where I can get this job done. They know how to take care of a vehicle and their price is very reasonable and the cafe offers great foods, lobby is another great place to wait until they wash the car. My cousin is a regular customer of car wash cafe, so he recommended their name. Yesterday I went there and got the amazing service! They did what they promised. They washed my car really well and took very little time. I took a cup of coffee and relaxed a bit at their lobby. Liked the nice environment. This place is really good and affordable too. Will be coming back to car wash cafe again.

Car wash cafe is surely the place if you love your car and if you are a food lover. I am a regular customer. I often take my car there and enjoy the pastry and the coffee. Their breakfast menu is awesome and most importantly they are the best in what they do.

I had a great experience in car wash cafe. Breakfast was awesome and never felt boring while waiting in the lobby (nice, calm and quite). Most importantly they washed my car with great care and also fixed a minor issue and charged a moderate amount. I am surely going to recommend.

Yesterday I went to Car wash cafe with my AUDI. After getting their service I am really impressed, they have taken the perfect care of my car and solved some minor technical difficulties. Professional hands did a wonderful cleanness job, even more than my expectation within a very moderate amount. I’ll definitely go there again.

Recently I have moved to Sunrise, FL from Dallas, TX. So, it was tough for me to find the best place for my car. Fortunately one of my work-mates suggested car wash cafe. I took my car there for wash. They served me really better than what I was looking for. I could have not asked for anything better what they did to my car and the price was also very reasonable. I must mention about their coffee and the lobby. The water recycling system made the place really calm and quite with lots of GREEN around. Now I know where I need to take my car. By the way I am loving Florida.

Yesterday I took my car at car wash cafe. As I’m too much sensitive about my car, so I was looking for a place where I can take my car for a great wash and for some minor servicing. Luckily my friend told me about the Car wash cafe. While they were busy to wash my car, I was enjoying the coffee. Then after a while, when I came back and saw my car after the wash, I was amazed! They made my car look like new and charged a very reasonable amount. So, guys I suggest you to take your care there and enjoy the coffee while they do a superb job.

I regularly take my car there for the wash and also take some time to satisfy my appetite. The massage chair helps me to relax and the nice environment around the lobby ease my tensions. I recommend car wash cafe.
