Overall
I brought my SUV to Executive ...

I brought my SUV to Executive Car Wash to have the carpets shampooed after my husband spilled meatballs on the floor behind the passenger seat. They did a great job and I was happy with how it turned out. I noticed the carpet was very wet but didn't think anything of it. The third row of seats was laid flat when I arrived and flat when I left. The next time I lifted the seats to use them (11 days later), I noticed white crusty stains covering the seats (see pictures in gallery). I immediately drove to Executive Car Wash, showed them the problem, and explained that it must be shampoo residue that soaked into the seats from the carpet cleaning. The man I spoke with apologized and said they would get it cleaned and taken care of with no problem - he never questioned where the stain came from or what actually caused it. I went inside to wait and was approached by another man, who told me that the guys who cleaned the floors the first time said the seats were in that condition previously. He also said it looked like something spilled and it was a little hard to get clean. I said the seats were absolutely not in that condition when I brought the vehicle previously and it could not have been from a spill. (I don't put groceries in the that area of the vehicle and I did not travel with anything in the vehicle that could have caused that large of a stain in that area of the vehicle). I was then approached by a third man who began by saying, "Your Mazda out there..." (my vehicle is not a Mazda) - this man basically told me that the stains could not have been caused by the chemicals, cleaners, or shampoos that they use and were present when I brought the vehicle previously. If the seats had been that stained when they were cleaning the floors, don't you think someone would have mentioned it and asked if I wanted to pay more to have the seats cleaned as well? Just assuming they would have wanted me to add services and spend more money if there had been a need for it. When I told him the seats were not in that condition before and nothing has been spilled on them, he argued with me saying it looked like ice cream or milk. Ice cream and milk would both smell - these stains had no foul odor; plus, it would have had to have been a large amount of milk to spill to cause this problem - I would have noticed that my gallon of milk was half empty and leaking! He debated with me, saying that the other seats in the car were not stained by the carpet cleaning (DUH - they only shampooed the carpets AND the other seats were not laid down afterwards, so no, of course they didn't soak up the moisture from the floor and become stained). He was very rude and after arguing with me for several minutes, I began to gather my purse, assuming they would not be continuing the services. He said they were going to clean it but he wanted me to know that it was not caused by them. If they really did not think the stains were caused by their products, why would they still correct the problem for me? Also, why did the first person I spoke with not ask for another person to look at the problem before quickly agreeing to correct it? I truly believe that when they had a difficult time getting the stains out, they tried to claim that it was not their fault to cover their tails. In the end, the seats were cleaned, however I will not return in the future, nor will I recommend this business to others.

Stay away

The first reviewer is spot on. These people are snobs, this coming from a doctor. They are are in business to serve anyone but themselves. After the treatment I got here I would rather wash my own car with sandpaper than give these jerks another dime.

Overall
Wash and Wax

Got my Escalade washed and waxed, price was good for the area and the quality of service was very good. The little guy that did my car was very detail oriented and addressed all issues as if it were his own car. Thanks and I'll be back.
