Suwanee Dental Care

I have to brag about my experience at Suwanee dental care. I love my dentist, who can say that? I couldn't before meeting Dr. Majdi and her team. In fact, I've been missing teeth since my early 20s and I've felt like my mouth was getting worse and no one took the time like Dr. Majdi to try to turn it around. The first appointment was overwhelming because I've never had someone take so many photos and take almost two hours. I thought I just needed a cleaning. I never thought that my issues could be addressed but she took the time to talk about my concerns. I didn't think I could afford to do all the work but they have been so accommodationing. It's been two years and I'm almost done! Last week I got my temporary teeth on my implants and for the first time I can chew my food right. I couldn't stop giggling when the doctor first asked me to bite down. My cheeks and lips even look more full because of the new teeth! No botox necessary!
I can't wait to get my final teeth and I have told all my coworkers and friends about Dr. Majdi. All my family comes here now!

The office is very nice and clean. I have to say the staff is amazing. Every corner I turned there was a smiling face. Thanks Dr. Majdi and Suwanee care for caring.

I was horrified by the lack of professionalism that Dr. Williams showed toward my wife and son at our last appointment. He handled a disagreement by becoming belligerent, insulting, and then kicking them out of his office saying that he never wanted to see them again. This happened, of course, immediately after I completed my final payment (totaling ~$6,000) for my son's all-inclusive phase 1 treatment.



My son had been receiving treatment for over a year and was in the stage of moving from braces to follow up retainers. Dr. Williams gave him soft clear retainers, which broke within a week. We were frustrated, but assumed there must have been a defect, so my son went in and had a new set made. Within a week of receiving it, that one broke too. This time, my wife, went in and asked what the deal was with these things breaking, as we were feeling frustrated. She suggested maybe they could stop replacing these fragile things and get a hard plastic retainer. At that idea, Dr. Williams, began acting petulantly and saying we can do whatever we want but it's going to cost us. This was confusing-- I had paid for treatment which included retainers. We weren't taking them home and abusing them, they just flat out were not working right. Anyway, Dr Williams gave us new soft retainers again, insisting that if we demanded hard plastic, we'd have to pay a lot extra for them. Well, my son, who is a very reliable young man, was extremely careful with them, but after a couple weeks, they again cracked and became unusable.



So, right after Christmas, my wife drove my son in while I was at work to try to figure out what they were going to do about these retainers not working out. Dr. Williams basically spent his own frustration likening my son to a dog and complaining that it was obviously our fault. He implied that we were liars and then crossed his arms, glared at my wife and said that, as far as he was concerned, they could leave and never come back. Since, we had paid in full and not received the promised treatment, my wife suggested that they shake hands and agree to discuss it again when he was calmed down. He refused to shake her hand and told her to leave.



I am still shocked and scandalized by how poorly my family was treated by Dr. Williams. I see the threads in online reviews of others being disrespected and cheated at Suwanee Dental Care when things didn't go smoothly according to plan. Beware!

I hesitated to go see a dentist because it had been so long. I was embarrassed, and my past experiences with other dentists had sometimes been not positive. I had a dental phobia I just couldn’t conquer. I had heard great things about Suwanee Dental from several sources. I am so thankful that I put my fear aside. Your concern, warmth, and gentle reassurance made such a difference! The sedation was a great first step, but you are so positive and reassuring… I don’t think I’m going to need it any more. And all of a sudden-my smile is back!

The doctor is a very kind and gentle soul, and so was his assistant. I will drive 30 miles again for my next dental procedure. This is a wonderful dental practice. I have never liked going to the dentist, but I look forward to returning to this office.

I had my very first cavities filled just a couple of weeks ago and was very anxious and nervous. I don’t do needles and had no idea what to expect. The doctor was able to use air abrasion instead of a drill! He filled two cavities and put on two sealants in a matter of about 15 minutes! The air abrasion is kind of like a mini-sandblaster, but felt like the tool they polish your teeth with to me. Didn’t hurt a BIT. Next will be Invisalign! I can’t wait. They certainly know what they’re doing at Suwanee Dental Care and I recommend it to all of my friends.

I have had three other root canals in the past 25 years and this was painless. The doctor was so gentle and gave me just enough Novocaine so that I felt no pain, yet I was able to speak clearly. He took digital X-rays when he finished the procedure just to make sure everything had been completed properly.

I have never been a big fan of going to the dentist. Just getting my teeth cleaned was painful! But now that’s changed. I have actually enjoyed my time in their office. They have made me feel at ease, and the quality of service is excellent — from the hygienists to the front office to the dentists themselves.

I needed a root canal and was referred to this practice. I drove about 30 miles from Sandy Springs to get there, and it was so worth the trip!

Every visit to the office is pain-free and I can tell that the team is eager to learn and know the latest and greatest developments in the industry. They use state of the art technology there to make sure that my visit is as enjoyable as it possibly can be - in fact, I now look forward to going over there again for my next visit!

Never thought a visit to a dentist can be such a great experience. Dr. Williams has higher standards and it is evident in his excellency. It is a folly to hinder yourself from going to see this dentistry genius. God has bless his hands to do miracles! Thank you for your great work and compassion Dr. Williams!

I have had multiple extractions, whitening, cleaning, polishing, bridges, crowns and implants!! It was so much easier than I could ever have imagined. Dr. Williams was very easy going and used state of the art techniques and equipment as well as sedation dentistry, A lot of my work happened all in one day!! Recovery has been amazing. The whole staff at Suwanee dental has just been so sweet and I have truly been blessed to have such wonderful dentists who care so much and take all the fear out of dentistry. I did not offer them anything, but they changed my life anyway. I love this place!!

Total makeover…incredible results! Dr. Williams is incredible. As a high profile professional speaker I was ashamed to smile. My teeth were yellow, cracked and worn. In one day with his Sedation Dentistry techniques, he completely rebuilt my entire mouth. I woke up to a new smile, completely painless and stress-free. Every day I receive compliments on my smile and I am supremely confident now to smile in public. He is so good, my wife is now getting ready to undergo the same procedures. We have recommended him to many close friends and, without exception, everyone is thrilled with his over-the-top personalized service and genuine care for his patients. His work is world-class and his integrity beyond belief…Call him, even if you have to travel as many do. It’s worth it!

I really have had a lot of hang-ups over the years about going to the dentist. In honesty I have never been able to afford it. And so little by little, my teeth began to fall out, turn colors, get infected, crack and cause lots of problems and insecurities. Suwanee Dental took me in and made me feel very at home and comfortable. They picked me in a contest to win a full mouth make-over and right now I am almost finished with the whole process.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Williams for over 10 years. Dr Williams is a very talented dentist who is also extremely caring and patient. After any treatment other than routine procedures, he personally calls me at my home to make sure that everything is okay. I simply love Dr. Williams and the quality of work he performs.

Dr. Williams makes going to the dentist enjoyable. The office is nice, there is a waiting room that is relaxing and has massage chairs, and the staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable during any procedure. I had some fillings and my wife had a crown put in, and we both have nothing but good things to say about the experience. The procedure went well, the staff did a great job informing us of the costs beforehand and working with our insurance, and even though Dr. Williams was "out of network" they took care of filing the insurance claims for us.

Dr. Williams and his staff are the best! I have nothing but the highest regards for their services, and Dr. William's ability as a dentist. He is one of the few that can "do it all" right in his office without referring patients out to other "specialists". Dr. Williams replaced all of the crowns on my upper teeth that had been done close to 20 years earlier. He suggested that he raise the gum line using a laser, which was painless, and it improved the quality of my smile tremendously. Having spent several hours in his chair, I know first hand of the sensitivity with which Dr. Williams treat his patients and the excellent results of his work. I cannot imagine having this amount of work done by anyone else. I simply cannot find words to express my gratitude for his talent and care as a professional.

I was so happy with the service that I received that I talked my Mother into coming to see you also. Her fear of the dentist was as strong as mine and she had not been in 7+ years. She was just as pleased as I was with the service that she received. I then referred my husband to your practice, who also appreciated the service. We have all been coming back for our scheduled maintenance and we are all grateful to have found a dentist that we can trust and feel at ease with.
