Great atmosphere. Everyone at the office is very friendly and caring.

When I called to switch to this dentist, I asked how much a cleaning was. I was told that I would never be charged for a cleaning. I made appointments for myself and 3 of my kids and received a bill for $400+ about a month later. When I called about it, I was told that i am responsible for the charges regardless of what I was told. Then, I was charged $69 for "failed appointments" even after I canceled my kid's exams. This place has a horrible business practice. Beware!

This office has horrible business practices. They never tell you how much a procedure will cost, and lie about what they are doing to your teeth. The dentist barely spends time with the patient. Her hygienist does all the work, and the dentist comes for about two minutes for a regular checkup. Beware of Miller Family Dentistry, I will no longer go to this dentist.
