In Touch Counseling

I contacted In-Touch Counseling to schedule an intake assessment recently. I indicated that I would need to schedule a date two weeks out, as I did not have the money at the time. She (the owner and head counselor) said that it wouldn't be a problem for me to take the assessment prior to paying her, as it would only be upon receipt of payment that she would release the results to the court. Forgetting about our arrangement, she made several calls to my house, prematurely demanding payment immediately: "pay me by tomorrow or go somewhere else." Because I COULDN'T pay her by the following day, I arranged to go elsewhere. She called me a WEEK AND A HALF LATER, this time asking politely for payment, acting as though she hadn't previously threatened me like a mafioso (I believe the owner/head counselor has a substance abuse problem and that the threats she uses to chisel clients are motivated by the same urges that drive a street-junkie; I don't know how to better explain such erratic and irrational behavior). In the end, she administered the WRONG TEST. She is incompetent and her business practices are unethical.
