Jiffy Lube

Great customer service! I took my car there to get an oil change and radiator flushed. After a couple hours I was getting irritated that it was taking so long but they took me out and showed me that they were trying to get my heat to work, and that they were having problems with it. They gave me the keys and I drove a block down the road and my car was over heating. I took the car right back and told them I would not take my car like that. They apologized and set up a rental car for me. The store manager was great and very nice about everything. He took the car and got it fixed. It was a leaking water pump. They had it fixed within an hour and I picked it up the next day. They did not charge me for the pump and also paid for the rental car. They told me that the pump was most likely broken before they did anything but when they cleaned it all out it allowed the pump to leak. Even if it wasn't their fault they paid for the whole thing . Great guys and very helpful.
