        Herb is great. He came next da...

        When we called they put us in contact with the repair man for our area Herb. He is Awesome. He came next day in the morning. Figured out the part we needed and, because we have replaced parts on this dryer by our selves before he asked if we just wanted to get the part and do it our selves to save a little money or if we want him to get the part and slip it in. We were so please with his willingness to help we had him do the fix. We will be calling again and recommending him to our family and friends in the area.

        I don't understand the bad reviews I read. My refridgerator broke while I was at work. I called Sayco after 7pm on a Friday night and actually spoke to a employee not a machine or an answering service. She was very pleasent to speak to, she assured me that I would receive service that evening. I was told there was no extra charge for after hours. They showed up that evening, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired the same night. If not for their service that evening I would have to wait for the next day I would have not only have lost my food, I would have had to take the day off and lose the money I would have earned that day, thats a triple whammy. In a nutshell they were FAST, EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and there was no extra charge for the after hour repairs. HIGHLEY RECOMMENDED

        Don't call them. They are crooks. They guaranteed the work 1 year. same problem happened again 3 weeks after repaired. I called them 10 timesbut they never showed up. AVOID THEM!!!

        Doesn't even deserve 1 star!They don't keep appointment times, don't contact you. When questioned about appointments, they say they just give a time of 11 to 1 as a general practice. 2 days later still have not showed up, called, rescheduled. and cannot give me a time of when they might show up.Day after day they say they will call and you never hear back from them. Very POOR service, NOT recommended. Should not even be in business!!!
