This company responded to my landlord's call last night to fix the leak that was coming from my refrigerator. The water made its way through the floor and to me neighbors downstairs and they were upset. Within 30minutes they came to my apartment and it took the repair man less than 30 to repair the leak. Now I see why my landlord called you guys, you have a great response time!

The lovely repair man fixed the problem, and he charged us a very reasonable rate. I would definitely call them again if I have any other problems with my air conditioner.

To ensure that I had the best possible service they did a problem discovery session on my oven. They located the problem and repaired it on the spot. Thanks for an extremely thorough repair.

The All City Appliance technician showed up the morning as promised and I was very satisfied with the service of replacing my dryer motor. He also inspected all other parts of my dryer to make sure there were no future problems on the horizon. Since then the dryer is been working great .

After two successful repairs I have deemed this repair service as the best repair service for me in this community. If anything decides to break I will cal them asap.

Needed to get my fridge repaired ASAP .I tried contacting my old repair guy but he was not available for the time being. I found these guys on superpages and gave them a call. They informed me they were serving a huge number of customers but that they could possibly squeeze me in for an appointment later that night. Their wonderful secretary assured me that she will find a way to have someone come and look at it but it had to be after hours. I was so thrilled that at least someone will have answers for me during the same day and will explain the extent of my problem, whether I need to shop for a new refrigerator or not. The secretary fulfilled her promise and got me a repair man for later that afternoon. The guy came on time time and fixed my refrigerator within one short hour . I don't have an issue with my refrigerator anymore, and its all thanks to these guys.

I had an amazing experience with this repair service because of their wonderful customer service skills! I felt like I was so important and I really mattered. They have this whole customer service thing down ! Will be using them in the future.

Folks, they work on weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons and nights. They are always on call. Give them a call if you have an emergency --I guarantee you that they will most likely have a guy to send to you over any other company.

Washer was leaking, thought it was a simple repair, turned out to be more severe. All City Appliance provided me with a repair man that was not only honest about it being too expensive a repair given the age of the machine, but he pointed us to a local appliance store that we loved .

My oven broke on Saturday night and All City Appliance sent me a repair man on Sunday and fixed it. He was prompt, courteous, reasonable and would highly recommend him to any of my friends or colleagues. I am glad that I found him through your service.

On several occasions--including an upcoming thanksgiving dinner--they delivered service to me on time. The best "All" that All City Appliance can ever have is how on time they always are for everything. Me as a life time customer is the direct result of my satisfaction with them.

Their prices are better than anyone else's. I called around just to make sure because I don't like getting taken for a ride . But All City Appliance gave me the price and stuck to the price after they finished repairing my refrigerator.

From the moment he arrived on my doorstep until he left, the repairman from All City Appliance was easy to deal with, and he didn't waste a precious moment of his time not focused on the repair . It paid off because in 40 minutes my freezer was working again and he was packing up his tools and heading to the door. I want this guy again, so I will keep using All City Appliance for future repair needs.
