Hi, my is Billy and I parked in a tow away zone where I parked to eat lunch for years. Not knowing I was in that Zone. Anyway I called to find out what to do to get vehicle and why it happened. Guy was very rude. Maybe he had a bad day because of his grammar on phone. I'm writing this. I asked him on arrival who was on phone when I called he said me. I said that not good for business to treat people that way he said "I'm getting your money aren't I ". That's when I bit my tongue and after that it was a bad experience. Specially having to pay $110 . For my lunch break. Anyway I'm just writing this for you because you never know it could do somebody some good. Hopefully a person that's the owner or someone else with authority will get this and will have a talk with him!! Please show him how to talk to other people.
