Small gym, not crowded. You get plenty of professional trainer attention and don't wait for equipment. Team Classes revolve around TRX with a different routine every week so it doesn't get stale. Extremely clean as well. A bit more expensive than others but worth it. Been going for 3+ years and peeled off 90 lbs,

They got rid of about 1/3rd of the machines and made ALOT more room for group fitness!! ARE U KIDDING ME!!?? There is hardly any equipment now!! WAY OVER-PRICED WITH ENROLLMENT FEE & MONTHLY RATES!! "Jaye" the owner NEVER returns ANY messages left for her!!! NO WAY TO TREAT PAYING CUSTOMERS!! I'M OUTTA HERE, SEE YA!!!

The gym is clean, and the staff is friendly, however it is overpriced for the services provided. Cable t.v. on all of the cardio machines has been out for over a month with no explanations from the staff (and no discount on our monthly bill). The size of the gym has also been reduced and machines have been removed (also not reflected in the bill). As the group fitness room is no longer part of the gym, classes are held in the main workout area, resulting in a cramped workout space. American Fitness isn't they gym we thought we had signed up for, but we were stuck in a year agreement.

Very disapointed. I joined the club and it had really nice machines. Like the other reviewer about 60 days later the machines were replaced with a jungle gym in the middle. In my opinion, they did this to sell you on the importance of paying for a personal trainer to show you how to use the jungle gym. Nothing but a money grab. I never went back and joined Kinetix down the street and half the price.

Very disappointed with this place. They gave quite a sales pitch when showing me the machinery and convinced me to leave my other Gym and pay a year in advance. Within 30 days they removed a large quantity of equipment and placed this big thing in the middle of the floor for people to hang from. They initially told me they would refund the balance and they never did.

This place overcharges for a barebones "gym." Unless all you want is cardio, look elsewhere. I added my mother-in-law and she paid her own overpriced registration fee and then they charged me as well. It's going on six weeks and two separate visits with receipts and bank statements to resolve this. I would never go back to this establishment. I'm a former Marine and Police Recruit and it takes me a bit to get this irritated.

This is one of the cleanest gyms I have ever been in, the staff is very friendly, they our like a neighbor hood style gym thats has the same as others plus more, the staff treats me and my family great, I get great service when Im there. They have really changed my life and got me in great shape. Its a great place to work out at.
