They were on time , actually early which was great, and they did a wonderful job for us. Our dog had gotten sick all over me of the bedroom carpet and he was able to get the entire stain out. Very professional and we will definitely be using them again.
VERY BAD experience. I am a realtor and contractor and I have carpets cleaned around Tallahassee multiple times a year. I ordered a carpet cleaning from Bill's and the employee that showed up failed to explain that I needed a pre-treatment and that his equipment would leave debris throughout the house (I was later told that I needed to vacuum the carpet before they showed up!) I made the mistake of trusting Bill's work and didn't fully inspect the property for several days after the cleaning (it was a vacant house). It wasn't the dirty carpet that was so disappointing, it was the customer service afterwards. It was so bad that we even filed a complaint with the Division of Consumer Services. I urge Bill's to improve their employee's communication skills and to strive to make the customer first. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about this review.

Afew things Mr. Trotman forgot to say: Mr. Trotman has used Bill's Carpet Care 14 times over 3 years and never had a problem until this job (but wants to mislead that this was a 1 time bad deal-very dishonest). 2. Mr. Trotman sent his "nephew" to the job who declined the required additional services needed due to the poor state of dis repair this rental unit was in. Can't do miracles as I have a cleaning wand, not a majic wand! 3. Mr. Trotman was contacted the next day by a follow up phone call given to every customer to insure job satifaction and stated he was satisfied with the cleaning. 4. 3 weeks later, after many rain storms, and service personel coming and going from the residence to fix baseboards, etc. Mr. Trotman decided to complain to get another cleaning for free. 5. Mr. Trotman did contact Division of Agriculture. They investigated and found in favor of Bill's Carpet Care and this is public record, yet Mr. Trotman has decided to not remove his false complaint that is filled with lies to his discredit.

Terrible experience and worse customer service I have ever dealt with in my life. Got told one price and then when they came they told me a different price and claiming I didn't include the stairs when I setup an appointment. When they got here he refused to clean the stairs well because they were "free" and we tried talking to the manager and Bill threatened to call the cops assuming we weren't going to pay. Bill was very unprofessional and disrespectful towards me. I feel as though they tried to take advantage of me knowing that I am a college student.

This is the one of the worst companies that I have ever had the unfortunate experience of working with. The owner, Bill, needs to take a class in customer service. However, since he is a "christian" man, I guess all is forgiven. Will not use these people or recommend them to anyone. In fact, if asked I will tell them to call ANYONE but them. Did not even get the carpet clean. I will be calling the old standby ...Stanley Steamer. At least there is some kind of back up there. I am sure that the people who work there peruse the internet for anyone that has anything negative to say. Do you really have that much time on your hands?
In respone to Ms. Kinard's complaint, the fact is that she has used my business 3 times. The last time she used us on July 24, 2010, she called stating that the technician had nicked up her baseboards and wanted a refund due to this. I offered to come out to her house and personally inspect the damage, take pictures, and then correct the problem to her satisfaction. She did not want me to come out to her house and thought that because we were carpet cleaners then we could not possibly fix her baseboards and refused service still wanting a refund. I can't refund a cleaning in a situation where the customer won't even allow us a chance to fix the problem, much less provide any proof or supporting documentation. I asked her to take pictures of the damage and email them to me, she was not interested in this either and just wanted a refund. Customer then stated that the baseboards were not that damaged and that she had fixed them herself and shifted to the carpets were not clean. If my house was damaged, I would not fix it myself then call to complain. I would take pictures, call the company, and if the problem were not resolved take legal action. Being that the customer works for a law firm, she should know this information. This was nothing more than an attempt to get a free carpet cleaning. As far as Christian, I do serve full time in 10 ministries without pay and stated to her that I would have no reson to rip her off as I am held to a higher standard, so if all is forgiven why has she chosen to attack my company, not tell the whole story, nor the truth for that matter.

I was visiting for a family gathering (reunion) and we needed our carpets cleaned in hurry. We found Bill's to be AVAILABLE for our hectic last minute schedule. The prices were (indeed) what was quoted to us (with a little extra for deep cleaning that was definitely needed). For the amount of people attending, we wanted to make a good impression. The crewmen were very knowledgeable as well as certified as advertised. I know because I did my homework and checked with the owner and it's true...they really are IICRC certified. At the end they did a walk through to make sure we were satisfied. And, they even followed up with us the next day. That was a first!!! Overall, we had a great experience with prices, education, courtesy, punctuality and availability. I would strongly recommend Bill's Carpet Care for anyone needing their services.

A total RIP OFF they told me one price on the phone then when they got here it was the old bait and switch trick.and None of the tecks where IICRC certified.
This review could not have possibly come from a customer of Bill's Carpet Care for many reasons. All customers are prescreened by our customer service dept and are asked a battery of questions regarding their carpet order to insure that the price they are given over the phone is accurate. Next, our certified technicians perform a pre inspection before any work is done to make sure the customer gets exactly what they want. The customer is provided with 3 cleaning packages to choose from. After the work is done, a post inspection is performed to make sure the customer is satisfied. The next morning the customer receives a follow-up call to make sure they are still satisfied. A thank you card is then mailed giving the customer one last chance to address any concerns. As far as certifications, it is public record and can be verified through the IICRC. This comment must have obviously come from a competitor who has no idea of how we conduct business after serving Tallahassee for almost 21 years.
