Brookstone

I wouldn't buy from this store if it was the only store available. Some of the item they sell they know are cheaply made andmore than likly defective. I was given a remote ccontrol helicopter. The battery on the helicopter would not charge. I atempted to return the gift for an exchange. Brookstone employees refused to exchange or do anything stating I needed reciept or gift reciept. I stated the box had "Brookstone" embossed on the box and the item was defective before the box was even opened. What a rip off
