Great Clips

I been taking my 2 year old son here for 6 month now and Tina has been the one cutting his hair and also my husbands hair and she does a great job. She also knows how to handle my son who hates to get his hair cut but shes great with him. So was another girl when i took my son to get his hair cut there and tina was out of town i believe. BUT I just took my son right before Christmas and some girl name Lori cut his hair or should i say started to cut his hair then stopped. First i always tell everyone that i dont like it when they use the clippers I love my sons curls and i just want to have it trimmed. Well when we sat down which my son always sits on my lap she did not even ask what i wanted i had to stop her when she grabbed the sissors to start cutting I told her all i want is a trim nothing to short. Then she grabbed the clippers and i told her my son does not like the clippers so dont use them, at this point my son is screaming crying Lori would not listen and still used them and then decided he was crying and screaming to much so she stopped and said come back tomorrow and we could finish when hes calm. Oh she also charged me full price i was livid i should have listen to my husband when he told me to wait for Tina but we had so much to do to get ready for christmas that i couldnt wait. Funny thing i took my son to another great clips on Gunn Hwy and Anderson and the lady there was able to fix the mess up Lori did to my sons hair. I swear Lori needs to go back to school or great clips needs to let her go. My husband and I love Tina and shes great with kids but the experience we had with Lori and how she dealt with us we will never go again and we will make sure the right people know what Lori did. If you do go to this place use anyone else other then Lori.
