Paws 4 Grooming

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I took my shihtzu there for her 1 st hair cut back in March of 2012, and they were great, I was really impressed with them because they also shaved my Jack Russell after I called last minute with no appointment and they agreed to see him anyway. They were only there about an hour but they looked and smelled good. My Shihtzu was a little to long in the face but it wasnt a big deal. Now to the point, I took her back at the end of July to be shaved for the summer months, and last weekend I noticed her dew claws were extremely long and cutting into her foot, I called my Vet and they got her in right away, They had to remove them and we are still waiting to see if she will need antibiotics, The vet had informed me that not all dogs have dew claws and that they were obviously NEVER trimmed, I called the groomer to inform them of this but no one answered so I left a message and headed out to work, they called shortly after and was extremely rude to
