Just had Doug from Accord Appliance come out and look at a couple of issues we where have with a dishwasher and refrigerator. Doug was very knowledgeable and efficient, He is an amazing repair person, I was worried because I found this company does not have the best reviews.

Do not hesitate to use this company and if you happen the Doug you are in good hands!

My warranty company used Accord last year for a range hood repair. The first guy came out , said it needed a new one. I called warranty office and asked about repair, and they told me tech reported fan was in good operating condition, when he couldn't get it to even turn on; so, they sent out another person, he took it down and repaired it and worked fine until recently (That guy was awesome!). Different warrant company, sent same Accord tech out a few days ago, this time fan runs, but loud and intermittently. I said, just take it down, repair it like last year and it should be fine. Tech said, no, it will just keep failing, so will request another unit; also, will taking down grates, snapped a pin off one, so, needed to order that item also. I rec'd a copy of order. I rec'd a call from warranty office today, and tells me that this tech said it works fine, just have a dent in it..WTH Accord! Now, I need to schedule another tech to come out, again! I told them about this same issue last year with them, which is weird to me, so I recommended they take Accord off their warranty companies, because they seem very shady.

ZERO STARS DESERVED. So I yet again scheduled with them for the following Monday from 12-6. I texted DAWN 951-579-4326 at 3:30 just to confirm the repairman is still coming, and she said he would be here before 6:00. 6:20 comes around and NO ONE SHOWED UP. I texted and called (they have no one answering their business lines 951-308-6686) and no one returned my messages. I complained to my warranty company, and come to find out that Accord closed out my work order when, in fact, CHRIS, who spoke with the rep at my warranty company, confirmed that my refrigerator needs a new compressor. I attempted to come to some sort of understanding with the owner, JERRY 951-319-9442, and he couldn't care less. This business does not answer their phones because they are flooded with complaints. I made a complaint with the warranty company and it turns out the warranty company has spoken to 6 people with Accord Appliances, KIM, CHRIS, TODD, JERRY, DAWN, AND BRIAN, all to no avail.
