I was assured the trailer was brand new and clean. It was a piece of junk! I agree with the other review. The bed in my trailer was ripped out and the bottom half of the platform was replaced with an uneven piece of particle board. In lieu of a mattress there was a matted down dirty pad no more than 2 inches thick. We left our family vacation early because we simply couldn't sleep. When I explained the situation, the office manager was not helpful and said that we wouldn't receive a refund for the nights that we didn't use the trailer. Do NOT rent from Code 3 RV.
