We bought our travel trailer almost a month ago and we love it. We worked with Stephen for 4 months to decide which trailer would work for our big family and fit all of our needs. Not only did he find us many options but beat every price from here to Northern California. They even got us the best interest rate! I highly recommend buying your rv or trailer from them. The entire process was easy and no pressure. Thanks again guys!

My trailer has been held hostage by RV Supercenter for about 5 months. They still can't get the repair work completed. I spoke to them a couple days ago and they assured me it was finally finished. I showed up and sure to their word it was NOT finished. It shouldn't take 5 months to fix the front end of a trailer. They have gone through 3 different service managers during the time my trailer has been there for repairs. Each time I have I explain the entire story to each service manager then we start all over again.

I'm fed up and their General Manager, Brian, can't even seem to get his service managers to do their job. All I want is my trailer to be finished and ready for pick up. Who knows when it will be done.

My advice, DON'T USE THEM FOR SERVICE.

I want to personal thanks the staff at RV SuperCenter from sales manger Stephen, sales Randy in dealer preparation, and warranty Craig. The whole experience's was non stressful and a smooth transaction. I would highly recommend this company to all friends and purchasers of a new camper.

We were pleased that there was no pressure and we were free to look through all of the trailers by ourselves. We left that day and looked at 3 other dealers only to call back Steven and start the process. We were offered a price that was very fair based on other quotes we received from the other dealers and gave a deposit and set up a time for delivery and a walk through and went in to sign the paperwork. This is when I expected things to change however the paperwork process was just as great as the rest of our experience. We are completely satisfied with both our new trailer and the way we were treated by this dealer.

I have been treated extremely fairly(so far) by RV SuperCenter. We purchased a used eclipse Attitude trailer off the lot and before we took possession they found a list of items that needed to be repaired. They really worked with me to try and address all the issues as quickly as possible. There were still some issues after we took delivery and they have bent over backwards to try and resolve those issues. Some still aren't resolved but they seem to be addressing them.

A wonderful experience in buying our new RV. We were made to feel like family and not like someone's paycheck. Highly recommend!!

Since we have purchased our Forest River motorhome from Brian at RV Supercenter, we have had the best experience we have ever experienced when purchasing anything of this nature. We have dealt with many different dealers and have never been treated as fairly and with as much respect and helpfulness as the gang at RV Supercenter in Temecula. I highly recommend this store for all your RV needs.

I bought my Wild Wood travel trailer at RV Super Center in Temecula 3 years ago. When I bought it, the sales and finance folks did a great job with helping me select the right model, and after looking at several dealerships, my wife and I decided that these were the right people to do business with. Since then, I have needed to have minor service and maintenance done. Diane, the service manager is INCREDIBLE! She went way out of her way to help me out on more than one occassion. Hands down, this is great place , with good people running it. They have made a customer for life.

I had been working with several dealers in my area who were non friendly and didn't seem to want my business. I went to the RV Supercenter because I found them online and seemed to have a great selection. I went in and boy were my expectations met!! Not only did they have one of the best selections to choose form but these guys and gals are NICE!! I didn't feel pounded on, I didn't feel the "take it or leave" it attitude they just treated me like a respected possible client. I was also impressed that they keep a modest service department and only service what they sell so little or no waiting time to get in (I'll be testing that theory next week when I have to take it in for some minor adjustments). Thanks to the whole crew from my salesperson to Mike the manager for making me feel like on of the family! All the best..

Great sales and parts staff, I am disabled and asked about shipping on a motor for furnace in the fifth wheel in which I live... was delivered next day via U.P.S.... great people!

Let me give my thanks for a good buying time at RV SuperCenter. They should be called RV SuperGuys! When I went in to look at trailers, they were very nice and took their time with me. I do not speak English well, so they were nice enough to have their service manager Louis, who speaks Spanish good and work with me in finance. I felt very comfortable. Sometimes the places I go to look at trailers don't like that I can't speak English good so they treat me like they don't care. NOT HERE! Thank you so much, I will tell my friends.

RV Supercenter has the worst service department that I have ever seen. We gave the service manager a type written list of items that needed to be checked or slated for repair. We explained that we would be moving the RV to another state and needed it in 3 weeks. Of the items on the list, 3 of them had to be redone after the move at an added expense of $400. We had already paid them over $2200 to give the RV a "pre-trip" check up that included greasing the wheels, checking the slides, make sure all the appliances, plumbing and electrical were in good working order. Upon completion of this work, it was to be cleaned. #1- all the items were not completed when we arrived for pickup and those that were, required some additional service either on the trip or at our destination. It did not get cleaned so we had to clean it ourselves on their lot before hooking up and getting on the road. I attribute this complete fiasco on the service manager who was off the premises most of the time and didn't communicate with his service department. This is a poorly run business and we won't be using it again.

the trailer is great the service was good but it has been over a year and i am still fighting with them to get my license plate for the trailer 9 attempts to get them!
