Sammy Yang Outdoor Design

Sammy was not professional. He cancelled his appointment time with us three times after he was already paid in full. He deposited our check but showed no urgency when it came to finishing the job. We cancelled the remaining work because it was related to electrical work and he is not a licensed electrician. He insisted on completing the job despite not being a licensed electrician. We asked for a partial refund based on contract rate minus cost of materials. We only wanted a fair refund based on the fact that no labor costs were incurred. He argued over $100. Sammy is a nice guy but doesnt appear to care about providing good customer service.

Sammy was great and informative over the phone. He also did a wonderful job in the backyard and everyone gives me a great review. Love the work.
