Colony City-Water Production

I have lived in The Colony about 4 months. When I went to start water service I was treated very well and very efficiently during the sign up process. As soon as I was complete a gentleman came up to me and explained I would have to be present when the water was turned on. He said he would meet at the house and when I arrived he was bailing ice water out of the valve box in order to turn on the water. Although it was near the end of the workday he was very pleasant and made sure everything was OK before he left. A few days ago I was mowing my lawn and fell through the lid of the water turn on/off box because the lid did not fit properly. I called it in and was treated exceptionally well by the person taking the call and the very next day I had a complete new box. I have been around for many years in many cities and have never seen great service like this city gives..
