A Touch Above Window Tint

THEY CALLED THE COPS ON ME! lol. After leaving with my brand new, week old car I noted 4 sets of scratches on my car. I called and talked to the lady, she told me all the reasons they could not have dont it but asked me to bring my car back to look at it. I asked why should I bring it back if your already dismissing my complaint. She became rude and insisted I bring it to look at....so I did. Mind you....I never cursed, made a threat or yelled. I was frustrated. ..who wouldnt be? When I arrived I was greeted my 5 Thornton police officers! They said she felt threatened and wanted to observe the altercation. She sent her husband (the tinter) out and proceeded to tell me all the reasons he could not have scratched my car. Like I said....whats the point of me coming down if your just going to make excuses? The guy was high or something too. His yellow glossed over eyes mumbling his words made me realize I was going nowhere with them. After he told me he was the best window tinter in the state...i called him an F'ing joke of a tinter and left. As I left more cops were showing up too.....DONT GO HERE unless you drive a junker and dont complain about a service issue.

One of the worst places to get tint done, they not only ripped off the tint when I asked question regarding what happens in 5 days when the haze, moisture and streaks don’t go away, they left the adhesive on.



I have never seen a tint job done this bad in my life and I have had 8 cars done. Every window was covered in moisture, haze, streaks and air bubbles. When I asked the simple question of what happens in 5 days when this amount of moisture, haze, air bubbles and streaks don’t go away, her first response was I can rip it off. After asking again and getting the same response I said yeah rip it off.



Then I called back 3 times and left 2 voicemails asking them to remove the adhesive and they never called me back. So I went somewhere else and they took care of everything. When I reached out to them today to get the 75.00 back for their lack of professionalism, she said they wouldn’t pay and I left no voicemails. I said I think she was avoiding my phone calls and purposely tried to leave me with a car that I would have to clean up.



If you’re looking for window tinting, I would recommend finding any place else but this one. Poor tint work is bad enough but throw in extreme poor customer service and you are left wondering how they ever have any customers..

I came to ATA window tint as a referral. I had my windows tinted a day prior by another company and was extremely disappointed. I showed up mid morning and Sean came out inspected the work and could not believe that my brand new 2013 car looked like it did. He told me he would do the same tint and remove it and have it looking professional. The customer service and the quality of their work has me referring and will have me returning for future business! I would recommend Sean and his wife to everyone I know! Very friendly atmosphere and they hold their word! Price is very reasonable and they offer a variety of services not just window tint! Ill be back for sure!

AWESOME WORK & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was looking for a place to have my 2012 Camaro tinted and the front protection put on my new car. Several of my neighbors referred me to this company. I had done some price checking prior to calling them and they were within the price range or slightly higher than the other businesses were quoting, but since all my neighbors spoke so highly of them I chose to go with them. I'm glad I did the work was as good as promised and the experience was great! I will never go anywhere else and will refer anyone who is looking for tint or paint protection covering to go to them!!!
