        Very bad service

        They took 2 extra weeks fixing my wrecked car (dented fender}. They even said after a month that they would reimburse me for my

        rental, since they had taken so long. That never happened either. No truths at all.

        I was told when my car wa...

        I was told when my car was towed in to Trimbach's that they almost always have the cars repaired in 2 weeks, but sometimes it takes up to 3 weeks. My Honda is now finishing off the 3rd week and they are telling me they need more time.

        I told them when they got the car after the wreck that I did not have rental reimbursement. After 2 weeks, I called them to find out the progress on the car but they had not brought it into the shop yet. I reminded them that I was paying dearly for my rental car and he acted surprised and said he would make a note of it to put a priority on the job.

        Trimbach's is supposed to have a great reputation in the immediate area, but I will tell at least 10 people not to believe the reputation.
