Unbelievably unprofessional. If you have a problem like we did, your problem is only the beginning. The owner and manager are unbelievably unprofessional and refuses to acknowledge their own error. Our apology began with this wording... “I apologize you misunderstood our contract...”. Then proceeded to still list the same error incorrectly again in their apology, attempting once again to place the blame, which was their error not ours, on us. We didn’t misunderstand their contract. They made mistakes and refused to even look at the proof we had that the error was indeed theirs.
Although we were given a partial refund, it is not what should have been credited since we were held up for an hour of the 3 hours we had rented the party bus and were humiliated by the driver telling the wedding party and several guests before the bride and groom ever came out of the church from pictures that the bus hadn’t been paid for and refused to move the bus until he was paid. The bus was paid for in full, however there was a misunderstanding regarding the tip. Which is what he was actually demanding up front, but is not what he told our friends and guests. After almost, if not an entire hour of arguing we tipped the driver in advance just to get the bus moving and said we would sort it out later. The owner and manager have been a nightmare to deal with In trying to discuss and resolve this matter.
