Greyhound Bus Lines

I give this station -5 stars. A rock would do better with customer service, than the employees here.

The bus stations that I arrived at in the US were first, Detroit, MI and then Toledo, OH my final destination. Both stations were akin to filthy hog pens. I have never in my life seen any business environment so filthy. The ticket agents at both locations were both rude and filthy. The minority female ticket agent in Toledo, in addition to being dirty, smelled of perspiration. I tried to check on the return time to Toronto. She sat there on her fat (and I mean fat) can chewing bubble gum and blowing bubbles. She acted as though she was annoyed that I had interrupted her as she was blowing her most recent bubble creation. I inquired as to the return time to Toronto for the following day. She made some kind of utterance as she slurred her speech through her bubble gum. I couldn’t understand a word she said. Leaning back on her stool, she repeated herself as she raised her arms and placed them against the back of her head thus exposing tufts of black hair hanging down from her unshaven arm pits. She was a large busted woman wearing a beige sweater-top several sizes too small. As she leaned back this action clearly accented the fact that she was not wearing a bra. Seeing those globs of flesh in the name of nipples trying to poke through her dirty sweater was something I had no interest in viewing and felt the whole experience was gross, disgusting and otherwise sickening. I never did learn the return time. I made arrangements to fly back to Toronto. Although I travel on Greyhound in Canada I will never sport a Greyhound facility in the states.

extremely rude, threaten people, unorginized,, i spent 3 days on the phone to get results ended up calling corperate headquarters ,, i woill never deal with them again and i am reporting them to customer service

i had a good time and i was safe and glad i got to go by Grayhound Bus Lines. it was long but well worth the wait.
