        So I called discount tire before I hauled my jeep on trailer to them to remove two locks off of my wheels why because the tires that are on it came from discount tire. They were the last to service vehicle so I walk in with my two yr. Old son wait my turn in line to talking over the issue with the tech for him to then tell me he has to go back in to finish with the other customers wtf did I wait I. Line for. So yea im actually passed at the poor service that the tech provided after he said it wouldn't take no time to get the locks off of only two tires. I left the place with no intention of going back waste of time unprofessional

        They argue with the customer. first time i went in there to balance and rotate the tires on my truck. the tires were 7 years old, don't drive it a lot. they told me the tire age was to old. couldn't touch them due to age. called the company headquarters they told me not the case they would and should service tires up to ten years old. this morning sent my wife to have two FRONT tires replaced on her car. They stated the NEW TIRES HAD TO GO on the Rear FOR NO REASON OTHER THEN company policy. Now I don't know about you, But when my customers come in to my shop and tell me to fix something on their car I do what the CUSTOMER REQUEST NOT WHAT I WANT!!!
