John did a great job! I dropped by to see if he could cut a small piece of glass for me that was going to take 2 weeks from the manufacture. He did it in no time! I would recommend him to other people! Job well done! Thank you, John!

DO NOT USE....We paid $974 to replace 5 windows. All five windows were defective. They finally came out and replaced them after weeks of calling. The five new windows all developed condensation between the panes of glass with in the first week. They came out for the third time, but all glass panes were cut the wrong size. Called and talked to the owner "John" and he agreed to refund us our whole payment. We only received a partial $380 refund so far. Never answers his phone and always goes to voice mail. We have ended up using another glass company who got it right the very first time. STAY AWAY!!!

Took 1/2 up front and never showed up afterwards. All emails and phone #s go to one guys who does not have vmail set up.

I have called 4 other window companies, none of them are able to give me the coding of the window glass I wanted. Most of them saying that the glass type I was looking for no longer in manufacturing. I was devastated until I found Glass Tex. Not only Glass Tex has connection to get a manufacturer to produce the glass type we wanted, they came by very quickly and installed it immediately. The staff is friendly and great to work with.

Their customer service stinks. First the cut the glass incorrectly on our front doors. Did not show up at their scheduled appointment installation. Returned phone calls slowly.

They took a piece of our alarm system which took a month to get back. The door handle

was loose after two weeks. They suggested we fix it ourselves after repeatedly trying to get them to fix it. We would never use them again nor recommend them.

Great service and really good prices. Quality of work is great, everything done is great. Would definitely go back and recommend to everyone. Nice employees, know how to get the job done

They were fast and inexpnsive. They came out and repaired our broken window the same day we called and they were less then the 2 other quotes we got.
