What an amazing experience at Pinnacle Carstar. I had the misfortune of having 2 vehicles in need of repair, both body work and motor, and when the second incident occurred, there was no question I was taking it to Pinnacle.



Owner Martin Russell and the entire team of Jayde, Candace, Chris, John, and others I did not connect with, were incredibly professional. I felt like they always had my best interest in mind. They were timely in responses and explained what was going on very clearly. Martin was always checking to ensure repairs were done to my satisfaction and was quick to remedy any issues. If he does not know an answer, he researches and figures it out. Martin stands by his word and delivers.



I hope I do not need a body shop any time soon, but if I do, I know where I am going … Pinnacle.

I just recently got my car repaired at Pinnacle and could not be happier with the finished outcome! Every one at Pinnacle took care of me and my vehicle. Very good customer service! They finished the repairs quickly and my car looks as if its never been damaged. Thank you Pinnacle for making my Honda look brand new again(:
