Don't waste your time here...they agreed to sell me a truck over the phone for one price and then didn't offer once i arrived. Go to Joe Myers, Planet, Gullo...anywhere else really

I posted about Quick Lane, Ford's fluid shop... IT IS FORD. And it wasn't a good review.

After the bad experience at Quick Lane, I brought my truck to the dealership for repairs. I had an appointment at 7:00 AM, Friday, and I waited two hours until I spoke to the ACTUAL appraiser; the bell hop boys don't count as being 'helped'. I told the appraiser what the truck needs exactly and he went out and took the VIN and license plate. He comes back and tells me it won't be looked at until Monday and I have to leave it over night on the weekend. I told the appraiser to give me the keys and I walked away.



The quality is the worst and I bet the skills of majority of mechanics are as bad as Quick Lane.

After having many terrible experiences trying to buy an F150 I was recommended to try Tomball Ford. All I can say is what a great experience I had. My Sales Consultant Michael Johnson was very courteous and professional. He made it a point to find the perfect truck for me. He was even accommodating to the fact that I was severely late to my appointment. I am so happy to have found a dealer that actually put customers first.

I had bought my last car from Tomball ford and was treated great by a young lady blonde hair I went in last week and was dissappointed with the way I was treated and the lies I got from grace an Thomas. Thomas said he was the internet manager who didn't once act nor seem like he knew anything about the new ford mustangs I don't know what happened with this place 3 years ago but will never be coming back here again.

I had a very different experience at Tomball Ford. Got a great deal for truck month, decent financing and they gave me more for my trade then a different dealership was giving. They were respectful and made sure I understood the entire process. Ask for Thomas in finance, he was great!

Very deceptive internet pricing as well as on the property. I was just told that the pricing painted on the front window of the new F 150 truck was not the real price that the truck could be sold for but rather was the price that the truck good be bought for if a customer qualifies for all of the potential incentives. Of course it's impossible to reach all of the incentives so they are falsely advertising the actual price.



Stay away from this place.

So unprofessional, we were debating between a 4runner and a explorer, sales manager was rude, we know the general manager through a friend and he didn't help us out, finance manager decided he needed to flirt with customers before getting us to the table, we left. loyal to other brands.

Dishonest place. I negotiated an admittedly great deal on an F-150 at another dealership, which Tomball Ford said they'd honor (original place couldn't get the color I wanted). After 2 hours of paperwork, etc., they bring me a work-up finance sheet which showed a monthly payment that didn't jive with the financed amount. They said that since they weren't making money on the deal, they'd only sell me the truck at the agreed-upon price if I also bought an extended service plan and a bunch of other crap, which amounted to $270 per month! Ridiculous.

The service department charges $190 for a diagnostic fee and if you do the work they still charge you part of diagnostic fee. What a rip off. Will never bring my vehicle back here. Also check there BBB rating!!!

Tomball Ford was simply the best experience that I have ever had with a dealer, period. From start to finish I knew exactly where I was, what I was getting, and what I would be paying.I have always leased and have had to take great care with dealers because of hidden costs added on at the end. The finance guy did a great job explaining the loan and warranty information.

I purchased a certified, low mileage, Expedition for my wife. She and the kids love it! Now we have enough room to carpool with other families to soccer and plenty of room for their equipment, too.

The salesperson provided timely and courteous service. He was very flexible and took the time to listen to what I wanted and did his best to answer my questions. He provided great customer service and went above and beyond to help me. If you are in the market for a good deal on a new or used car and want a pleasant experience then go to Tomball Ford.

I have purchased several cars from Tomball Ford over the years and actively use their service department. No business is perfect, but Tomball Ford comes close. Every transaction I have had there was handled very professionally and has been pleasant.They are very good at listening to what I want and not pushing what they want to sell.

Stopped by another dealership and that guy was so pushy. I usually hate buying a car but my salesman at Tomball Ford was genuinely concerned about getting me the right car in my price range. I bought a Ford Fusion and even got an extended warranty with it.

I bought my daughter a lime green Ford Fiesta. It gets great gas mileage and she loves it. The salesman was very friendly and professional.

The salesman was excellent. Tomball Ford had the exact truck I was looking for. The process was short, sweet and to the point. The finance guy explained everything really well and didn't try to make me buy something I didn't want. My F150 is awesome!

I bought a Mustang from Tomball Ford. I've always wanted a sports car and the price was very reasonable. They have a great selection to pick from. The salesman knew a lot about the product and he was not rude or pushy like they are at some dealerships.
