The estimator missed the fact that the headlight mounts were broken. And had to go back to my insurance company to get them approved,costing more time to get repairs approved. it was obvious to me,apparently not to him. Then I took a day off work and brought vehicle in, the repairs were postponed due to the screwed up estimate. But no one bothered to call me. I lost a days of work and messed up my whole week. Then I finally got van repaired, THE MECHANIC FORGOT TO TIGHTEN THE TOP RADIATOR HOSE. I was broke down for half an hour. These people are royal screw ups. Not sure how they stay in business. If you look at previous so called good reviews. You will notice they are all around the same dates. Probably fake. To cover bad ones

I have a 1987 Honda Accord that had been painted by Troy Collision in 1992 at that time they gave us a lifetime warranty on the job. Well it is now 2013 and the car was in need of a paint job due to the paint peeling so I called them up and made an appointment took my paperwork with me and to my surprise they honored their warranty!! All these years later!! My car looks BEAUTIFUL!!!! They didn't stop there either, they cleaned it inside also!! Spotless!! Carpets, floor mats, windows!!! I am very, very, very, very happy!!! Thanks so much to everyone there for all they did for me and I unlike the ups man am telling EVERYONE to go there!! Word of mouth is right and I also talk to a lot of people!! Thanks again!

i just got a Brand new Grand Cherokee. It was the kind of car that everytime i saw it either in my driveway or a parking lot i just fell in love with it more. Of course i was hit in a parking garage, when i returned to my car someone decided to hit it and run. pretty good amount of damage. my beautiful car was now damaged. I took it to Troy Collision for repairs and they sure did a great job with not only customer service, but most importantly repairing my car.

Troy Collision did an amazing job on my car! A young driver hit my parked car as he came upon black ice and did what he could to avoid my car but the right rear corner got it. Troy Collision gave me my estimate in 15 minutes and I let the young man know. I brought the vehicle in Monday and on Friday it was ready! They were true to their estimate. I noticed a small mark and they couldn't believe it got out of service with out the spot being noticed. They asked if I would bring it back on Monday morning and they would take care of it. Sure enough before closing time, I was called, the car looks like new once again. The best part my car was cleaned outside as well as inside. It is beautiful. Troy Collision has provided excellent work on my damaged vehicles since 2004. Their paint finishes are better than original. I've had 3 different people rear-end my car when stopped at either a red light or a stop sign (cell phone, drunk, and distracted), plus I had 3 doors repaired from parking lot dents. I continue to return to them for vehicle body work because of their high quality standards.

I will (and have already) strongly recommend Stevens van lines. This was the smoothest and best coordinated move I have been a part of. Total professionalism all around. Troy and Dorian went above and synod what was required. Sunny (move coordinator) was absolutely awesome too.

Just walked in, 15 min estimate. I checked three places, it was the lowest price in area. Two day to order parts, two days repair.Quality repair, back to identity. Straight and Simple. There may be different experiences with customers. Mine was more than satisfactory and I would recommend this shop.
