Hey if you want good service and willing to pay the price, you want your hands with knowledgeable professionals that are going to do what’s right for your needs. Their Mechanics are Dodge people, but they can work on anything. Suggested upgrades to bring that tired tranny into this century.

Service was very bad. Went in for diagnostic, was supposed to be done that morning so I could pick up that day. They never called. I called, they said would call back in 20. Never called. I called again at closing and still could not speak to mechanic or owner. Said they would call first thing the next morning, forcing me to leave my truck overnight. They did not call until finally the next afternoon. Paid $220 for diagnostics sheet that was not really readable, and to discover was bad engine mount. Their quote higher than dealer for repair. Forced me to pay for part that was returnable that they claimed was not returnable, but parts supplier said otherwise when I contacted them. They did not tell me up front that the part would not be returnable. Said would call when part arrived, did not. Owner would not even talk to me - only ever dealt with the receptionist. and more... sigh. Awful place and worst service ever.

Provided by SuperpagesI recently traveled to Arizona from Fort Walton beach Fl. Because my sister was about to pass away in Phoenix Arizona. My car made it as far as Tucson when it started losing gears, I no longer had 2nt, 4th, or reverse. I drove it to Jim Click Hyundai dealership to have it looked at, they wanted a 120.00 dollars just to look at it, and then said according to what I was telling them what the problem was, it would be about a thousand dollars to fix.I did not have time to waste, so I rented a car and continued on my way to Phoenix. Once there, I decided to look for a transmission shop in Tucson, I found Atlas Transmission and called them, they were closed, but Tony called me right back. He had the car towed, and did not charge me to look it. And then told me everything that was wrong with it and the estimate. He kept in constant contact with me via text and phone calls. I was a hundred miles away from his shop and he just took control and took care of me and my car. He was truly my guardian angel, his secretary Sally was also wonderful and a pleasure to talk to. I made it all the way back to Florida safe and with no problems, just like Tony said I would! Thanks sooo much!!!!

Provided by SuperpagesAfter several trips to notable repair shops in town I was dealing with the same issues on my Toyota Tacoma. I talked to Tony on the phone and explain to him the "ticking" sound I was having and what other shops have done to "fix" the problem. I was in his shop the next day and within minutes of dropping it off he found the issue. My lifters were the issue, I got my truck the next morning and I haven't had any problems since. I will never go anywhere else.

Provided by SuperpagesRecently I got an 05 Ford Explorer 4wd. Right away I noticed that it was shaking and vibrating in most gears. I took the vehicle to two mechanics who said it was the transmission. So I coughed up for a slightly used transmission and had it replaced. I get the car back and long behold, it's doing the same thing. After that, i took to another very well known transmission shop. They advised me that the trans. is probably bad, the 4wd system shot, and most likely the rear differential is bad. One thing that was interesting with this vehicle that was mentioned to every mechanic and shop, is that the rear tires were smaller in diameter then the fronts. I finally called Atlas transmission, just going down the list. I spoke with Tony. I told him the story and he right away recognized the issue over the phone. He advised me to get the correct sized tires on all 4 sides and before spending anymore money, and that it may solve the problem and why. It solved the problem!!! I cant thank him enough
