        I didn't know what to expect when I went into PT, the first day I was quite nervous but when I meet my physical trainers (Kristen and Mark) they were really nice and guided me through everything even the helpers there were really nice and funny. I'm glad to say that I'm much better from my injury and I'm very satisfied with there help.
