The first place I look for parts and I bought a motorcycle there recently.

I was looking for a helmet to use for autocross. The associates in the store were very helpful and knowledgeable. The price was much better than anywhere else in town.

Was quoted a price of $5900 for a 2004 bike. When I went in to purchase it I was told the bike was a 2002 and the price was $6900. I was told they were going to replace the head light assembly, I have owned the bike for over a month now and they have yet to replace it. After having drove it for under a 500 miles the front brake pads were metal to metal and the rear master cylinder was empty. They failed to fill it or check it for that matter before they gave it to me. The day I went to pick up the bike after buying it, I did not make it 2 blocks before a short left my bike dead on the street. Come to find out there was a short in the main wiring harness causing the main fuse to blow. When all was said and done, they had the bike an extra week after my purchase. I would never recommend them to anyone and we have 3 motorcycles and do LOTS of business with many stores in town. I would not even give them one star, but I have too.

overpriced motorcylcles. i was told by owner that an $8500 motorcycle could be reduced to $7000 after an associate told me that this is just like wal-mart and the prices are non-negotiable. After the associate found this out he said I put the store in a bad position. During the discussion with the associate the owner interjected and said that I should be removed from the store and that for $7000 he was "giving" it away. He said he was helping me out.
