Please download, print and complete the specific survey recommended at your child's appointment. Once complete, please portal message them back, or drop them off to clinic, then set up a follow up appointment to go through them with your child's primary care pediatrician.
Ear Infections
At this time, well visits will not be done by telehealth. Also, if your child is having an emergency, please don’t wait for a telehealth appointment, call 911. If you are sure that your child has an ear infection, please make an in-person appt. We will look and confirm the diagnosis before antibiotics are prescribed.

These things being said, we recognize that there has always been and will likely always be artificial controversy surrounding vaccination. Indeed, Benjamin Franklin, persuaded by his brother, was opposed to smallpox vaccine until scientific data convinced him otherwise. Tragically, he had delayed inoculating his son Franky, who contracted smallpox and died at the age of 4, leaving Ben with a lifetime of guilt and remorse. Quoting Mr. Franklin’s autobiography...

Urinary Tract Infection
No! This may happen. If we are worried about an issue that needs a “hands on” exam (eg. ear infection, appendicitis, sinusitis, pneumonia), further testing (eg. urinary tract infection, strep infection, potential flu or covid testing) or a better look (eg. poor audio or video on telecommunications platform), you will be scheduled for a same day visit in our office (either in the parking lot or in the office, depending on the symptoms) and you will be billed for only 1 visit.

We firmly believe that thimerosal, a preservative that has been in vaccines for decades, but is no longer found in any that we administer, does not cause autism or other developmental disabilities.
