Sara Ortiz is probably the best example you have of the ideal employee. She should be the face you show to the public ! She cares about her patients so much that she can tell when something is wrong when no one else can and she takes care of it herself or gets help. Every patient and family member that I know feels safe when she is there and that her patients are in the best and most caring hands possible. When I look at the type of work she has to do, it amazes me that she is always smiling and happy. She looks like a million dollars every day and just keeps working like the energizer bunny. She even visits patients when they are in the hospital and attends funerals when people die, on her own time. I believe that CNAs are not appreciated for the work they do. They are the ones closest to the patient and their family and Sara is definitely one of a kind. Everyone she cares for knows all this is true and thanks God for her everyday ! Thanks, Karen

Sara Ortiz is by far the best CNA my family has come in contact with over the past 7 years while providing care for my mom. She goes above and beyond her duties to ensure that the patient receives the dignity that they deserve. Also, Sara has been able to re-train my mom to do things that she was unable to do until having her as her CNA. She is a hard worker and never complains. Sara has been a true blessing to our family.
