Walgreens

My family and I have been using this pharmacy for many years. We have always received excellent service from all the staff at the pharmacy. While, on occasion, sitting or waiting in line we have grown to have a great admiration for the counter staff who are pleasant, courteous, and are very helpful. What is outstanding about them is their ability to be gentle and respectful when a customer is unhappy - about something. It seems that too many people think that "it's all Walgreens fault" despite the reality of insurance companies, medical staffs and of course personal time that seems to be more valuable than decorum. Thank you Walgreens on Alamo for what you do and for how you do it.
