My BMW was hit in a parking lot. I got several estimates and chose "Quality One Paint & Body Works. My main reason for choosing them was my two favorite BMW shops admitted they both send their bodywork to Quality One! The service was excellent. The owner, Randy, was thorough and explained what steps they would do. Their estimate was detailed. The office manager was very nice. Most importantly, my car was ready on time. The work was excellent. They repaired the outside and even inside the fender well. They painted the damaged areas but extended the paint all the way around the bumper and along the roofline to the front in order to avoid obvious blend lines. The painted areas look like new but not obvious against the old areas. Overall, the service and work by Quality One were both excellent. BTW -- There used to be a guy named Walter and this was his business. He has since passed on and the business is now "Quality One Paint & Body Works."
