        Overall

        This is a horrible place! Do not go there! The staff is rude and deceitful, especially Sandra who will stop at nothing to sell overpriced glasses, even deceit. The owner does not care! I had to cut my losses and take glasses with poorly cut lenses instead of wasting time fighting these poor excuses for customer service professionals.

        RUDE, NASTY, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. CASHIERS PRETEND TO BE DOCTORS...ACTUAL DOCTORS CANNOT GIVE AN ACCURATE PRESCRIPTION AND THEN REFUSES TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE FIGHTING THESE INCOMPETENT IDIOTS FOR A REFUND, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
