My car was rear ended. The Nissan dealer sent me to DM Auto. They fully explained what would be done and did the job very well. They were very helpful after the repairs, too. Highly recommend.

Really shoddy work. Went there to get my car fix and what should of have me a red flag was when the "manager" Ruben asked me what I would like to get fix?! Ummm, how about the area that got hit?!?? I had to point out and pretty much do his job on showing him what needed repair!



When I got there to pick up my car, Ruben showed me what they did. Painted the bumper, pulled back a panel and shined up my headlights.



After that I had to show him what he didn't do. Fix the alignment from the bumper, the quarter panel, and the hood to the headlight. There was a big gap between the. Bumper and the head light. You could probably fit a finger that how bad it was. The paint was not blended in. By that I mean. The bumper had brand new paint and the quarter panel, the hood and the grill was not touched. Pretty much looks like a farmer tan. The quarter panels had scuff marks and scratches from when they "TRIED" to align it. Pretty much looked like a high school auto class job. I am no auto body repair guy by far but this is the worst job I have seen. Ruben then told me that I only pointed the bumper out,that aligned and the headlights were worked on as we talked about. He still didn't get the point that this was by far a finished product and should be embarrassed for let a car leave in this shape.



Please save your yourself time and money and don't go here. This was a complete waster if my time and now have to get this redone by "Professionals" that give a crap of what they do!
