Ray & Milton at D. Hannah

Against my gut feel I arrived at D. Hannah looking for a vehicle advertised online. I was able to locate the vehicle and was attended to by Ray. He was sincere and not at all typical of what I expected. The transaction was easy and although it still took longer than I would have wished (3.5 hours), I left with the vehicle we targeted. The sales manage, Milton, was equally pleasant and overall I have to say it was the easiest transaction I have ever had at a dealer. This was my second purchase at D. Hannah, the first being an awful experience, so perhaps they've found a solution to pushy sales and cheesy practices?

My wife brought our 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee to D. hannah to have a remote start looked at (best buy) messed up the install. She authorized $150 for the work, and got the oil changed. They told her it would be completed at 3:00, when she showed up at 5:00 it still wasn't done. After sitting there for an hour she went to pay...$364.38, and the only work that was done was the oil change!!! After talking to the Service manager Matt she told him that we will NEVER return and he couldn't care less. Have your Jeep worked on somewhere else!

Vehicle Damage

Hanna Chrysler/Jeep had sold us a 2006 Chrysler Sebring Convertable that had been in an accident, without disclosing this fact at time of purchase. When confronted with this, we were told that they knew nothing of an accident and did not believe our claim to be true and was told that they had the best lawyers in the business as a scare tactic to get us not to persue the matter thru legal means. However after they performed their own inspection of the vehicle, and verified that it had suffered damage in an accident, their tone changed from one of disbelief to since we did not know this problem existed, it is not our problem to try to correct it. We were told that the damage to the vehicle could not be repaired. Never did they offer to buy back the vehicle, their solution was to trade the vehicle for another with payments that would be greater than a 150.00 above what current monthly payments. The have lost a customer for life.
